OEM and private label
Instruments are marked to the buyer's requirement (TGI, unmarked, or the buyer's own brand), agreed on the order.
Customized packaging is part of what TGI supplies. Your own printed boxes, your labels, your brand on the pack, or plain export packing, whichever your market needs. The packing for your order is agreed with you and confirmed on the order.

TGI remains the named manufacturer of the instruments it makes, including on orders carrying the buyer's own brand. How the manufacturer is named on your label is agreed per order.
Samples and timing
Samples first, then production
Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.
Production lead time: Instruments ~2-3 weeks · full sets ~4-6 weeks after advance. Transit time to the United States is separate from production and depends on the carrier and the service you choose.
Freight and payment
Who ships, who pays, and what you see before you pay the balance
Base price FCA Sialkot: TGI hands the goods and the export documents to your carrier or your own agent at the factory, and your tracking starts there. For a sea container the basis is FOB Karachi. The buyer pays freight: ship on your own carrier account or your own forwarder, or have delivery arranged through TGI's logistics partner and quoted per destination.
Your own account can be with any carrier: UPS, DHL or FedEx, for example. No freight rates are published here: the figure depends on weight, destination and the service you choose, so it reaches you in the written offer.
Payment by TT bank transfer. Structures: 50/50, 70/30, or 100% advance, agreed per order. Balance always before shipment, released against video proof of your finished parcel at the shipping office.
Video proof reaches you before packaging, during packaging, and before the goods ship: the instruments themselves as they are packed, then your finished parcel at the shipping office. On a 100% advance there is no balance to hold it against and it is sent anyway.
