Who keeps your information

Tahir Group of Industries (TGI), Sialkot, Pakistan, runs this website and keeps what you send through it. The address and contact details are at the foot of this page.

What the forms collect

The inquiry form and the catalog download form ask for: your name, your company, your country, a business email or a WhatsApp number, and your message. You may also give your company website, the kind of buyer you are and the product you are asking about. On the catalog form, the catalog you choose is recorded.

When a form is sent, the email that reaches TGI also shows the country, city and internet provider that Cloudflare, the site's host, reports for the connection it came from. We use it to check catalog requests. It is not stored in the database.

The site has no accounts, no passwords and no payments, so it never asks for card or bank details.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry: to send you a quotation, information about samples, or the catalogs you asked for, and to reply by email or WhatsApp.

Where it is kept

Your inquiry is stored in TGI's database, run by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany.

If that database cannot be reached at the moment you send the form, the inquiry is held in a backup on Cloudflare and moved into the database automatically once it is back, then removed from the backup.

A copy of each inquiry is emailed to TGI's inbox through the email service Resend, so that a person can reply to you.

The website itself is served by Cloudflare.

Who at TGI sees it

The owner of TGI and the TGI sales team who answer buyers.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

After you fill in the catalog form, the site sets one cookie, tgi_catalogues, for 90 days. It only lets you download the catalogs again without filling in the form a second time.

Every page loads the Google tag (Google Analytics), which counts visits and the pages viewed, and sets Google's own cookies to do it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site, including every product page, works without them; only a catalog download asks for the form again.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Write to us by email or WhatsApp, using the details below, and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion.
