Tell us what you need. We answer with a written offer.

The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is. Article, steel tier, quantity: that is usually enough.

Send a written inquiry

Four details and one way to reply are required. Everything else is optional.

01 Who is asking

Check: the name of the person we reply to.

Check: the company name.

Check: the country you are writing from.

Check: an address that starts with https://

Starting with https://

02 How we reply at least one

A business email, a WhatsApp number, or both. One is enough.

Check: an email reads like name@company.com.

Check: 7 to 15 digits, with the country code.

With your country code: +44 or 0044, for example.

Check: give an email or a WhatsApp number so we can reply.

03 What you need

Check: tell us the article, the steel tier and the quantity.

If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.

Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
